Matsuyama Ken’ichi, recently has become super famous for staring in the role as L, the genius world renown detective in the hit anime/manga Death Note. Ken’ichi stared as L in all of the Death Note related films (however, L Change the World, is not DN related, but however has some contents from the first 2 DN films) , 1.Death Note 2. Death Note and 3. L Change the World. People have finally seen how great of an actor he is because now every where, people are commenting on his superb acting skills no matter what role he plays in a film. He played the role of L perfectly, keeping to L’s personality all the way to how L eats his sweets and how he sits. Recently, there has been buzz in Hollywood about a Death Note live action ENGLISH remake (the original DN live actions were in japanese). Unfortunately the supposed directors dont know who to cast as the role of L, since it is one of the hardest and unique roles to play. Most of us L fans have now started a position that Ken’ichi Matsuyama should play the role as the english L. Though his english may not be perfect, with a little training he can easily play the part of L.
